I've been on a long road of silent suffering that has ultimately been causing me internal destruction. But no more will I hide the pain, shame, or guilt. I'm determined to get to a better place within so I can heal my mind, body and soul in order to present a better version of myself to those who I care about. In doing so, I hope to one day see myself and my children whole again and flourishing in life.
